Birthday parties/events are 2 hours and include use of tent or canopies and 8 picnic tables.
No food or decorations are included but you are welcome to bring your own. Basic party fee is $50 for 2 hours.
A deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking and will be refunded after inspection finds no damage and all trash picked up AND removed from the venue. If you would like for us to dispose of trash, we are happy to do so but will be retaining the deposit.

Cancellation Policy: Venue fee (minus $20 administrative fee) may be refunded if event is canceled 1 month in advance. Events canceled less than 1 month in advance will not be refunded.
